Incoming District in North Sulawesi is often referred to as one of the marine tourism in Indonesia. Because Southeast Minahasa has beautiful nature and is also known as one of the spots for diving in North Sulawesi Bunaken National Park apart.
Southeast Minahasa is geographically located on the waterfront, beneficial for tourists who vacation there. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset while shooting a very pleasant experience.
To reach this Southeast Minahasa easiest is via Manado. From Manado us through a long road trip with 3 to 4 hours through the southern Sulawesi. Preferably during our journey to bring a hangover as it travels toward the Southeast Minahasa very winding road. The detail of transportation to get there are as follows.

Usually the guests stay is PTNMR and divers who are coming around November to May, when the weather in Buyat friendly.
Arriving in Southeast Minahasa there are several attractions to visit, what are the attractions.
Duct Tape Beach
Coastal Duct tape is in Ratatotok, Southeast Minahasa. The best time to enjoy the beach in the morning. Duct tape is very well maintained beach and has beautiful scenery. On the side of the beach there are many hills that surround it, and we can climb the hill and enjoy the beauty of the bay from the top of this hill.
Besides enjoying the beach activities of tourist activities to do in this place, among others enjoying the park around by the sea with fishing boats, boat ride filled snorkeling and diving.
Since that time my condition is not fit, so I decided to swim and snorkel only. By hiring a boat from the fishing village of around Rp 500,000 to Rp 700,000 per day.
While snorkeling, I saw a lot of fish and colorful coral reefs are mostly grown. Looks like Duct Tape Beach marine life is very healthy because of the many fish and coral reef growth. Only unfortunately some corals were damaged by the bombing of unscrupulous fishermen fishermen as they catch fish.
Duct tape is the beach name formerly called Buyat and was widely rumored to shore here polluted mine waste in 2004. Beaches closed after mining activities are transformed into beach Buyat Duct tape and now a favored tourist destination beaches in Southeast Minahasa.
Messel lake
The lake is called Messel because at the time found no buildings of concrete are estimated to exist since the Dutch era, so called Messel lake. To achieve the Messel lake is quite difficult because of having to go through a rocky path.
Actually Messel lake is not a natural lake, but the former mine site of PT Newmont Minahasa Raya was reclaimed and is now a tourist lake. Make a hobby of fishing in this lake - according indo police guarding the forest - there are plenty of carp and tilapia.
After enjoying a few sights in Southeast Minahasa, it's time to go home and continue heading to Manado to Jakarta. It is better we stay in Manado a day to and from Southeast Minahasa in the morning. The reason, during the drive home we can stop in and enjoy the view of mountains Tomohon Lokon is still active. Since we passed the southern path I highly recommend to stop in Lake Linow.
Lake Linow
Linow lake is relatively new to tourism destinations in North Sulawesi, on entering the lake I was quite surprised because the tickets were paid is $ 25,000 and comparatively rather expensive for local sightseeing.
But after arriving on the shores of Lake Linow, I was very impressed with the beauty of the lake, a destination that is very well maintained and clean. Along the edge of the lake, we could see the ducks and geese were milling about with their cute kids swimming with ducks.
That makes it special is the color Linow lake lake that can change color when exposed to sunlight colorful. That makes a colorful lake apparently due to high levels of sulfur in the lake.
In the corners of the lake there is provided a cafe overlooking the lake with beautiful views directly to the lake. Tickets go before it can be exchanged with a cup of hot tea or coffee accompanied by cakes banquet the Minahasa traditional cake made of sago. Enjoy hot tea offered a beautiful view of Lake Linow was a very memorable experience.
